These are the usual sizes. Your own gear decides, so measure the loop panel before you choose. Send the measurement and we size the mockup to it.
Before you order
Three things we will tell you straight.

Original art only
We do not copy game, film or brand art without the owner's written permission. With every order you confirm you have the right to use the artwork, and we may ask for proof. We never sell your design to anyone else.

No agency or military insignia
We do not make replicas or look-alikes of police or federal agency patches. No service emblems, unit insignia, rank, badges, medals or ribbons. We are not a licensed military supplier.

What PVC can and cannot do
Molded PVC takes solid colors only, up to 12, so no gradients or photos. Keep the finest details at 0.3 mm or larger. Send vector art and color codes if you have them.
Patch type and backing
Which patch type and backing to pick.

PVC Most chosen Molded rubber in raised and recessed layers. Solid colors, wipes clean. The usual pick for team patches.

Embroidered Raised thread on twill with a stitched border. Good for event patches and bold lettering.

Woven Thinner thread for small lettering and fine lines. Good for brand patches and detailed logos.

PVC gives raised layers and solid color. Embroidery gives thread texture. Woven holds small lettering. Send one design and we tell you which suits it.

- Is there a minimum for a small team?
- No minimum. Twenty-five 3-inch PVC patches with hook and loop backing cost $156.00, and $31.20 starts the order.
- Will the PVC match my mockup?
- A molded patch can differ a little from a screen. You see photos and a video of the real sample first.
- Can you make a patch from a game or film?
- Only with the owner's written permission. Without it, we draw an original design for your team.
- Can you copy an agency or unit patch?
- No. We do not make replicas or look-alikes of police, federal agency or military insignia.
- How long does it take?
- 8–12 days. Rush takes 5–7 days for embroidered, chenille and printed, 7–10 days for woven and PVC. It costs about double, or we quote it for your order.
- What if we do not like the sample?
- Tell us what to change and we make it again.
