Size and placement
What size fits which hat.

These are usual sizes, not rules. Blanks differ by maker, so measure the front panel of your blank before you choose. Send that measurement with your artwork and we size the mockup to it.
Before you order
Two things we will tell you straight.

Sizes between 2 and 3 inches
Most cap fronts take a patch around 2.25 to 2.75 inches. That falls between the sizes our price box lists. Tell us the size you need and we price it with your mockup.

Press one test hat first
Iron-on patches go on with a heat press. Press one hat as a test before you press the rest. For thin synthetic fronts, sew-on is the safer choice.

- Is there a minimum for a first run?
- No minimum. Twenty-five 2-inch leather patches cost $121.25, and $24.25 starts the order.
- Can I heat press these myself?
- Yes, with iron-on backing. Press one test hat first. PVC has no iron-on backing.
- Can you put another brand's logo on my patch?
- Only with that brand's written permission, and we may ask to see it. We make your own artwork, not copies of someone else's label.
- How long does it take?
- 8–12 days. Rush takes 5–7 days for embroidered, chenille and printed, 7–10 days for woven and PVC. It costs about double, or we quote it for your order.
- What if I do not like the sample?
- Tell us what to change and we make it again.
