Before you order
Three things we will tell you straight.

Not for turnout gear
Our patches are not flame resistant and carry no NFPA certification. They are made for dress uniforms, station shirts, job shirts and jackets. Ask your gear maker before adding anything to turnout or wildland gear.

Your patch is made only for you
We check that every order comes from the department: a department email address, or a letter on your letterhead. We ship to the department, we make no extras, and we never sell your design to anyone else.

The Star of Life
We add the Star of Life only for licensed EMS agencies. State certification patches and National Registry patches come from your state EMS office or the NREMT, not from us.
Patch type and backing

Embroidered Most chosen Raised thread on twill with a stitched border. The standard for shoulder and company patches.

Woven Thinner thread for seals with small lettering: a founding year, a motto, a township name.

PVC Molded rubber for duty bags and jackets. Wipes clean. Not for anything worn into a fire.

Send a photo of your current patch beside a ruler. We redraw it, match the thread colors and send photos and a video of the stitched sample to compare before you pay the balance.

- Can these go on turnout gear?
- No. They are not flame resistant. They are for dress uniforms, station shirts, job shirts and jackets.
- Is there a minimum for a small volunteer company?
- No minimum. Twenty-five 4-inch patches cost $148.25, and $29.65 starts the order.
- Can you copy the patch we wear now?
- Yes. Send a photo beside a ruler. You compare photos and a video of our stitched sample with yours before you pay the balance.
- Who can place the order?
- An officer or staff member of the department. We confirm it by department email or a letter on your letterhead.
- Can you make our union local's patch?
- We can make your local's own design. We cannot make patches that carry the IAFF logo.
- How long does it take?
- 8–12 days. Rush takes 5–7 days for embroidered, chenille and printed, 7–10 days for woven and PVC. It costs about double, or we quote it for your order.
- What if we do not like the sample?
- Tell us what to change and we stitch it again.
